The building was completely renovated conservatively in 2017-18 in compliance with the structure bound by the superintendency of the fine arts and Art Nouveau style, with restoration of the old brick facade, the main facade with nineteenth-century cornices, the entrance door with the portal in Stone.

The restoration took into account the anti-seismic, environmental sustainability and recovery of the initial style; wooden insulated floors, wooden roof with high insulating power with restoration of the old tiled roof, lime and cement plaster, ceramic floors, wooden window frames with high acoustic and thermal performance, air conditioning and state-of-the-art systems.

The building now looks perfectly restored, like the new, sober and exclusive; the interior rooms are quiet, healthy and lit by sunlight for many hours a day; nice view on the main street, on the Santa Lucia gate and on the roofs of the city; the park and the lawn of the fortress are a stone's throw away; easily walkable throughout the historic city.

Everything is new, clean, hygienic and functional; you will not find antique or recycled furniture corroded by time and memories; high quality hypoallergenic and fireproof mattress and sommier as well as the bathroom and bedroom kit; the rich breakfast takes into account the local products and the specialties of the house and is offered in a large welcoming room that facilitates the sharing of the holiday with other guests.
